A&A:  Apply security and confidentiality parameters

A&A:  Confirm translation team

Step 3: Project Management – Core Translation Process

 

A&A:  Start initial translations and map checklist,

A&A:  Contact client or authorized third parties if additional inputs are needed.

A&A:  Create translation initial product

 

Step 4: Review – Initial Quality Check

 

A&A:  Verify consistency of legal and other terminology, linguistic accuracy

A&A:  Submit to A&A native speaker for review, input, and assess comments

A&A:  Update translation document and checklist

A&A:  Submit as draft to client

Client: provide feedback on draft

 

Step 5: Native Translators’ Review – Quality Check with Client

 

A&A: Assess client comments

A&A: Revise as appropriate

A&A: Update translation material

 

Step 6: Final Approval & Delivery – Final Quality Check and Product Delivery

 

A&A: Confirm linguistics

A&A: Obtain final approval from client as needed

A&A: Assess customer satisfaction

A&A: Certify, notarize, etc. if required.
